4. Visit You Dentist – The recommended frequency to visit a dentist is twice a year. Yes, twice a year! You do not have to visit your tooth professional often so it is not an excuse that you are too busy and you cannot go to the clinic for your appointment. If you want to have healthier teeth, you have to make time twice a year.
5. Healthier Lifestyle – One of the best gifts you can give yourself this coming 2015 is a better health. Eating healthy, staying away from vices, drinking plenty of water, and exercising are just among the many things you can do to improve not only your teeth but also the rest of your body.
